Tariff and Terms and Conditions
Low Season High Season
High Season: April, May, June, July, August and September, Halloween, Christmas, New Year, Easter
Low Season: October to MarchChangeover day is normally a Saturday although we can be very flexible allowing you to take advantage of cheaper midweek flights. Rental periods of more or less than a week can also be arranged, as can long term lets.

To make a reservation please contact us by email or telephone stating your preferred holiday dates and any other special requirements and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Terms and Conditions
All bookings at Duquesa Golf Apartment accepted subject to the following conditions:
- All bookings require a deposit of £200.00 at the time of confirmation and full payment 4 weeks before arrival
- Deposit is non-refundable
- The proprietor reserves the right to decline any booking
- Occupation is from 4:30pm on the day of hire and guests are required to vacate the premises by 10:00am on the day of departure
- Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided
- The number of persons stated at the time of booking must not be exceeded without the proprietor's permission
- Accommodation must be left clean and tidy - damage or breakages must be paid for.
